The building has been constructed with a holistic approach that sympathetically integrates into the residential and commercial environment, whilst maintaining quality of performance that stems from the best use of resources at our disposal. These include a system to protect the vital and scarce water supplies in Abu Dhabi and highly efficient low-e glass that incorporates natural light while keeping out the heat. We chose a design that minimizes any potential effect on the environment, using as much recycled materials as possible and aiding in the reduction of noise pollution.
